For pre-orders for products that are made for you after receipt of your order, the delivery time is individual. The delivery times are therefore also indicated on the product page. The delivery time stated for the product in the store applies, unless we have agreed a different delivery time with you.

The delivery period for payment in advance by bank transfer begins on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring bank or, in the case of other payment methods, on the day after the contract is concluded and ends at the end of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Sunday or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such a day.

If you order several items from us as part of one order, for which different delivery times apply, we will send the goods in a joint shipment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time that applies to the item in your order with the longest delivery time applies to the shipment as a whole.

Internationaler Versand mit DHL

We ship with DHL depending on the weight and size of the products. The shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout when you enter your delivery address in the shopping cart. We ship small products with International Warenpost Premium with shipment tracking. Larger products are sent as a parcel with DHL Go Green.
