You are welcome to arrange an appointment with us via email to visit us at our studio in 13407 Berlin. We would be happy to advise you in person, and you also have the option of picking up and purchasing the bags directly from us.

We have most of the bags in the shop in small quantities in stock. After your order, they will be prepared for shipping and shipped no later than the next working day. The delivery time is next to the article and is 3-5 days within Germany. There are a few items that have a longer delivery time because they are only manufactured after the order has been placed, for example if additional options are desired for your product. These delivery times are also listed with the item.

We ship our bags climate-neutrally with Deutsche Post AG. Small products as Warenpost and larger products as a parcel with DHL Go Green. The emissions caused by shipping are offset by investments in global climate protection projects.

We don't include shipping costs in the item price. NOAS is a small company with fair pricing. If you buy multiple items, you actually save money, as we ship all packages within Germany for €5.80. Small products are shipped as small packages for €4. Shipping costs include the cost of the shipping provider and packaging materials.

Customer request - individual production

Yes, we also offer custom material production. This depends on the desired product, whether the material is suitable for the product, and whether we currently have it in stock.

We can happily produce small items for you on an as-needed basis. For more complex and larger items like roll-top backpacks and mini backpacks, please feel free to send us an inquiry.

There are times when we cannot offer this service. For example, during Christmas, market season, when we are working on a new product, or when we are otherwise very busy. Since NOAS is a small company and we would like to continue fulfilling your wishes, this is a good solution for both parties. We will offer an order round when we have the capacity.

I will inform you on Instagram or on our website when an order round starts and ends. Only during this period do we accept your individual orders by e-mail .

We have created a customer request page , here you will find most of the materials that are available for your production. We will be happy to discuss everything else personally by e-mail.

We collect your wishes during the order round, then when the order round ends, we start with the production of your orders. Please also understand that we can only accept a certain contingent of orders and that we are free to end an order round early.

Yes, that's possible. Since we handle the manufacturing ourselves, we can accommodate individual material requests. In our collection of custom-made items, you'll find a few products where you can directly select your desired combination. Click here.

Is your product not listed? Then send me an email about it. You can find an overview of our materials on our customer request page .

We charge an extra fee for custom-made products, depending on the work involved, the product and the material. Custom-made products are more time-consuming in production. We will also advise you by e-mail as to whether your request can be implemented until we have agreed the order with you.

This depends on the desired product and what is currently planned in our day-to-day business. We will therefore agree an individual delivery time with you by email when we discuss your order. NOAS is a small company and therefore the agreed production time can sometimes take longer. Please understand if you send us an inquiry.

The right of withdrawal for individual productions if you do not like it is excluded, since we manufacture the product according to your wishes and we do not offer it in our range. This means that if something should be defective, you are of course entitled to have your production repaired. Write to us and we will find a solution together. My order

Within 14 days you have the right to cancel your order in our shop. Send the bag back to us during this time and enclose a small note with the package so that we know what it is about. You are also welcome to inform us in advance by e-mail and give us the tracking number of your return. As soon as we receive the bag, we will refund the purchase amount. Please note that the return costs are borne by the buyer.
